The online retreat is a way to pursue extended periods of meditation from the comfort of your home while having support from a teacher and other practitioners. Each retreat takes place live over Zoom, and the schedule consists of meditation, a dharma talk, and potential 1:1 teacher support.
It especially focuses on a 4-hour practice period, but your retreat can extend beyond those hours if you’d like. More information, including the proposed schedule and registration, is below.
Next Retreat Date: Saturday, October 12th, 2024
Registration Cost: $15 – Dana (generosity) for the teachings can be given beyond the registration cost after the retreat.
Western Hemisphere Schedule – Schedule based on London time can be found here
Below is a proposed schedule for the day. The Intro through the Dharma talk is the 4-hour Micro Retreat period. That 4-hour window is the minimum required to attend the retreat and the time when all participants across the globe will be practicing together.
Outside the Micro Retreat period, you can pursue extended meditation alongside others through the daylong schedule. If another schedule would better suit your needs (e.g., alternating 45 minutes seated with 15 minutes walking), it’s also okay to create a personal schedule, just so long as you’re present in the Intro and Dharma Talks and interview if you request one.
