Dana is a Pali word that means generosity. It’s an ancient practice that supports the continuity of Dharma and Dharma teachings. In February 2018, Upali quit his day job to take up teaching meditation full-time. It’s through the generosity and support of his students that he has been able to maintain his teaching practice.
