7:00 – 8:00 am – Seated Meditation 

8:00 – 8:45 am – Breakfast  

8:45 – 9:30 am  Seated Meditation 

9:30-10:00 Walking Meditation

10:00 – 10:45  Seated Meditation

10:45- 11:15  Walking Meditation

11:15-12:00 Seated Meditation

12:00 – 1:00 pm Lunch

1:00 – 1:30  Walking Meditation

1:30 – 2:30 Seated Meditation 

2:30 – 3:30 pm Physical Exercise Time 

3:30 – 4:30 Seated Meditation 

4:30 – 5:00 Walking Meditation 

5:00 – 6:00  Seated Meditation

6:00 – 6:45  pm – Dinner

6:45 – 7:15  Walking Meditation 

7:15 – 8:45 pm Dharma Talk

8:45 – 9:15 Walking Meditation
